you need to study 11th class physics NCERT
it due to the gravitational field of the black hole so that it has high gravity.
gravitational field is is a vast concept.

black hole has a very small radius approximately like a size of a tennis ball
but it's mass remains constant and the radius a very small.so it curves the space time fabric so high
that the nearby planets begins to attract towards it

if you want to make Earth a black hole you will need to make it a size of a needle's tip but mass should must remain constant.

M=mass of planet
R=radius
G= universal gravitational constant

it is the formula of the escape speed from a gravitationals field
it put earth's mass and the speed of light in this formula you will get the exact radius of the earth when it will be a black hole

there is a formula to find earth gravitation which is in the picture
as you can see take whatever value of "h" it will always be less then 10ms-1

is we compare earth has matter, basically earth is lime a solid sphere
due to its high mass to bends the space time fabric.
