SP of eggs=40-4 x Rs.18=Rs.648

CP of 48 eggs=36 x 12=Rs.432

Since SP>CP

Profit=SP-CP

=Rs.648-Rs.432

=Rs.216

Profit percentage =Profit/CP x 100

=216/432 x 100

=50 percentage
