let aman's son age be x
as given,aman age= 3 * age of son
                                = 3* x
                                 = 3x
ten years ago,
present age of aman- 10 years = (present age of son - 10)*5
                    3x-10(x-10)*5
                     -2x= - 40
by taking 5x to LHS and -10 at RHS,
                 3x-5x=-50-10
                 -2x=-20
so,x =40 ( negative cancelled)

now,after dividing the answer with 2 ,
          2x/2=40/2
         = x =20

so,we get the aman son's age as 20
so, aman's age will be 20 * 3=60

Let aman's age be x
ATQ
Aman's age is three times age of his son=3time age of son
=3x
10 years ago,
Present age of Aman-10year=
(Present age of son -10)×5
3x-x-10(x-10)×5
X=20

Therefore,
Son's present age 20
Amans present age
3x=20×3
60
