Answer:

Given:

Total investment = Rs. 36894

Amar receives Rs 1570

Akbar receives Rs 2355

Anthony receives Rs 2826

Concept used:

Ratio of profit = ratio of investment

Calculation:

Ratio of their profit = 1570 ∶ 2355 ∶ 2826 = 10 ∶ 15 ∶ 18

Ratio of their investment = 10 ∶ 15 ∶ 18

⇒ Investment of Amar = Rs 36894 × 10/(10 + 15 + 18) = Rs 8580

⇒ Investment of Anthony = Rs 36894 × 18/(10 + 15 + 18) = Rs 15444

∴ Difference between the investment of Amar and Anthony = Rs (15444 – 8580) = Rs 6864
