Hey dear...
-------------------------
These are histidine , isoleucine , lysine , leucine , methionine , phenylalanine , threonine , tryphotophan and valine...
We can't synthesize them because we lack the enzymes necessary to create them from other biological molecules.

Hope it helps

there are many enzymes in our body which help in breaking down of protein molecules.
But some proteins cannot be broken down by these enzymes.

=> Essential amino acids are the ones which our body can't make by its own.
=> Our body is not having the required biological catalysts.
=> there are nine of these essential amino acids.

we need to include them directly in our diet.

here are the names:

ミ histidine

ミ isoleucine

ミ leucine

ミ lysine

ミ methionine

ミ phenyalaline

ミ threonine

ミ tryptophan

ミ valine

note: arginine is not produced much in childhood so it is kind of considered essential amino acid.
