Let the age of Priya be x
So, Amirah's age = x + 4
Shirley's age = x - 2

Given : The sum of their ages = 47 years

According to the question,

=> x + x + 4 + x - 2 = 47
=> 3x + 2 = 47
=> 3x = 47 - 2
=> 3x = 45
=> x = 45/3 = 15

Therefore,
Priya's age = x = 15 years
Amirah's age = x + 4 = 15 + 4 = 19 years
Shirley's age = x - 2 = 15 - 2 = 13 years
