Despite the government's efforts to ban child labour it still perish.The people from small castes and backgrounds only think about earning livelihood and to earn the livelihood the people engage. their childrens with them at their workstations or at other places and the people ,whom under they work they keep them because for them it was easy to pay a minimal wage to them.and it is quite easy for them to search for workers....small small children use to wash utensils to earn some money for meal .........
