Answer:

The formula is

NH_{2} COONH_{4} (s)2NH_{3} (g)+CO_{2} (g)

initial

K_{p} =(pNH_{3} )^{2} (pCO_{2} )

K_{p} =(2P)^{2} (P)-------(i)

considering the second case

K_{p} =(3P)^{2} (P^{'} )---------(ii)

From equation (i) and (ii) we get

(2P)^{2} (P)=(3P)^{2} (P^{'} )

P^{'} =\frac{4P}{9}

\frac{P_{T}(new) }{P_{T}(old) } =\frac{3P+P^{'} }{3P} \\

=\frac{3P+\frac{4P}{9} }{3P}

=\frac{31}{27}
