Amoeba and bacteria are unicellular organisms,they belong to two different kingdom.What is the reason for this?

Answer:

As we know that kingdoms had been Classified on the basis of Eukaryotic and prokaryotic nucleus. Since Amoeba possess Eukaryotic nucleus and bacteria possess prokaryotic nucleus that's why they have been grouped in different kingdoms.
