Amoeba is not able to digest fats because it requires the protozoa, and not able to do it so.

It does not have proper digestion factors and amylase is not present in the digest fats.

This is considering as digest fats and lipase is an enzyme that hydrolyzes lipids and other functions.

Amoeba lacks the enzymes and they cannot able to stimulate the cells and digest lipids.
