ionisation enthalpy of nitrogen is greater than oxygen because nitrogen has exactly half filled valence electrons so it is more stable and energy required to remove electrone is higher while oxygen have neither half filled nor full filled electronic configuration so electrone is easily removed from valence shell.
so ionisation enthalpy of nitrogen is greater than oxygen
I hope it will help you.
