Let the three numbers be x, x+2 and x+4
 \frac{2}{5} x + \frac{1}{2} (x + 2) = (x + 4) - 11 \\ \frac{9x + 10}{10} = x - 7 \\ 9x + 10 = 10x - 70 \\ x = 80
So the three numbers are 80, 82 and 84.
