We know that dimension of heat is same as that of energy- [ML²T⁻²]
And also [t₁]=[t₂]=[K](Kelvin), A=[L²] and t=[T]
Now putting these values in the given equation, we get-
[ML²T⁻²] ={ k * [L²] * [K] * [T] } / [L]
==> k = [ML²T⁻²] / [L]*[K]*[T]
=[MLT⁻³K⁻¹]
Hope its helps! :)
