The most frequently injured artery was the superficial femoral artery, comprising 240 injuries (37.2%). The least injured vessel was the peroneal artery, with 18 injuries (2.8%). Above-knee popliteal artery injuries carried the highest rate of limb loss (amputation rate 25.6%, OR 2.24).
