Using the formula of potential energy,

U = mgh

Given, Mass of object, m = 10 kg.

Potential energy, U = 200 j

U = mgh

200 = 10 * 9.8 * h

h = 200 / 10 * 9.8

h = 2.04 m.

➡️ Height, h = 2.04 m.

If we take the value of g = 10, then..

200 = 10 *10 *h

h = 200 / 100

h = 2 m.
