Because Teenage girl is still developing and the food consumed by her will help in her growth and middle aged woman is fully grown so the food she will consume will increase her weight .

Answer:

Explanation:

There are different energy requirements of different individuals. The factors that account are temperature, age, activeness, weight, etc. The teenage girl is in her growing age so the food she eats will be used for growth and development. However, the food the woman eats will not be that much used, comparatively. Thus, the woman will gain more weight.
