Speed of first aircraft = 3300/3 = 1100 km/h. Now, the speed of the second aircraft is 100 km/h less than the speed of the first aircraft. Therefore, speed of second aircraft = 1100–100 = 1000 km/h. Time = 3300 km/(1000 km/h) = 3.3 hours or 3 Hours and 18 Minutes.
