 λ =  h / p = De Broglie wavelength of a massive particle travelling at a momentum of p.

λ = 0.0005 * 10⁻⁴° meters ??? is some thing missing in the question ?
   =>  p = 6.626 * 10⁻³⁴ J-sec / 0.0005 * 10⁻⁴° meter = 1.3252 * 10¹°  kg-m/sec
   => mass = p / m = 6.6626 * 10⁷ kg
==========================
Perhaps  λ =  0.0005 * h
in that case,

   p = h / λ = 2000 kg-m/sec
   then  mass m = 2000 kg-m/sec  / 200 m/sec    = 10 kg
