Diamond.

Diamond is an allotrope of carbon and is the hardest naturally occurring material known to man. As it can cut  and create openings in any material including concrete, rocks, metal and glass, it is used in the tips of drills including oil exploration industry. It has a longer life than any other drill bit material and can cut any type f material on a precise level.
