As, copper=40%
nickel=42%
zinc= ?
Total mass(%) = mass of copper+mass of nickel+ mass of zinc
100 = 40+42+mass of zinc
100= 82+mass of zinc
100-82 = mass of zinc
mass of zinc =28%
