total parts of copper and tin are 15+105 = 120parts
now,
in 120 parts of alloy 105 are of copper.
therefore in 100 parts of alloy x parts be of copper
therefore, x = 105*100/120
x = 1050/12
x= 87.5

total part of alloy= 105 part of copper + 15 part of tin = 120
 % of tin alloy = 15/120 ˣ100 = 12.5 %
% of copper in alloy = 105/ 120 ˣ 100 = 87.5 %
