Q = 2 * 1.6 * 10^-19 C = 3.2 * 10^-13 C

Kinetic Energy = V * Q = 2 * 1.6 * 10^-19 * 10^6

= 3.2 * 10^-13 J

This will be the kinetic energy.

The charge of a particle will be twice than an electron hence, the charge will be doubled.
