Neglecting the mass of electron,
Mass of alpha particle(m1) = 4*Mass of proton(m2).
Since, P.D. is same and if we take Resistance R comman then equal work is done by both.
Therefore, we can conclude that velocity is same.
=> ratio = (m1*v)/(m2*v)
=> p1/p2 = 4*m2*v/m2*v
=> p1/p2 = 4/1
