let the angle be Φ
then given that Φ = (90°-Φ) + 14°

Let angle = x

Complement angle = 90 - x

a/q

x = 90 - x + 14

x + x = 90 + 14

2x = 104

x = 104/2 = 52

Angle = 52

complement angle = 90 - 52 = 38
