Hi ,
Let one angle = x
it's complement = 90 - x
according to the problem given,
x = ( 90 - x )/2 + 42
x =[ ( 90 - x ) + 84 ]/2
2x = 174 - x
2x + x = 174
3x = 174
x = 174/3
x = 58°
Therefore ,
Required angle = x = 58°
it's complement = 90° - x
= 90 - 58
= 32°
I hope this helps you.
