Answer:

Let's say you have 2 supplimentary angles, x and y

So x + y = 180

if x is 95.6 degrees less than the measure of a supplementary angle, then x = y - 95.6

Putting this into our x + y = 180 equation, we get

(y - 95.6) + y = 180

2y - 95.6 = 180

2y = 180 + 95.6

2y = 275.6

y = 275.6/2 = 137.8 degrees.

so x = 137.8 - 95.6 = 42.2 degrees.

See if it worked. x = 137.8 degrees, y = 42.2 degrees, x + y = 180 so we found the correct two angles!
