Case 1 :
Numbers on each floors are 01 to 36 after floor number

Here 1 representing the floor
9 , 10 , 11 & 12 are four apartments
Hence Each floor has 4 apartments
=> 101 to 104 - 1st building 1st Floor
105 to 108 - 1st floor 2nd Building
109 to 112 1st floor 3rd building
205 - 208 - 2nd floor 2nd building
207 apartment will be in 2nd building 2nd floor
But in this case buildings can not be more than 24
