The Block Development Officer,  I am writing this letter on behalf of ((name of the lady)).____________ is widowed and there is no one to support her and she is unable to find any salaried job. She is very poor and need money . I request you to kindly issue her with a BPL card to enable her get free rations and other benefits offered by the government.
