Dear Sir,

We have the honour to state that we, the students of class9 and 10 std of science group, are very much interested in holding a science fair on the occasion of the Victory Day. We believe it will enhance our zeal to learn more about the mystery of science. Moreover, it will encourage our students to learn more about the mystery of the universe and will display before them the wonders of modern science.

We, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to give us permission and necessary assistance to arrange and hold the fair successfully in our college campus.
