green revolution is a revolution that changed the agricultural methods in the whole society. on the world level this revolution was started by Dr Norman Borlaug.inspired to this our indian scientist Dr M.S.Swaminathan started in our india.everything has advantages and disadvantages also. this revolution has helped the most of punjab and haryana farmers.in this revolution wheat and ricethe both crops can be harvested only.this has increased poverty in our india.this revolution includes new agricultural methods such as use of machines,hyv [high yielding variety] seeds , new irrigation methods etc
