We are supposed to have some duties towards our nation as an adult. But that does not mean that we can be irresponsible as a child.
If the concept of responsibility and duties towards our nation is put in the minds of the childrens in their early age, then as they will grow up this concept will get stabilize in their mind and their thought process will be streamed live in this particular direction.
