If a child feels secured and happy at home, he/she would not indulge in anti-social activities through  internet.Reason for misuse might be busy life of metropolitan cities and busy working parents.Usage of technology to commit suicide, explode bombs, etc. are hazardous and should be checked.It is humans that uses a technology that threatens society, the fault is at the user of the technology, not the technology itself.
