CIRCUMFERENCE=2πr
=2×3.14×42250
=265330km
Velocity=Displacement/Time
265330/86400
=3.07km/s

Speed = Distance/Time
= (2 π r) / t
= (2 * 22/7 * 42250) / (24 * 60 * 60)
= 3.07 km/s
