we have given ,
radius of circular orbit , r = 32,000 km
Time taken to complete one revolution around the earth, T = 30 hrs

we know, formula
v=\frac{2\pi r}{T}
v = 2 × 22/7 × 32,000/30 km/hr
= 44/7 × 3200/3
= 44 × 3200/21 km/hr
= 6704.76 km/hr

\textbf{hence, velocity of the satellite = 6704.76 km/h}
