An artificial satellite is moving in a circular orbit of radius 42250km. Calculate its speed if it takes 24 hrs to revolve around the earth?

Radius = 42250km
Time = 24hour
speed. = 2*22/7*42250/24

= 33166.25/3
= 1105542 km/h

Radius (r) = 42250 km

Time (t) = 24 hours

Distance will equal to perimeter of the orbit

= 2πr

= 2π * 42250

Speed of artificial satelite  

= 2π * 42250/24

= 11059 km/h
