Since, radius =42250
so, Distance =2πr = 2x 22/7x 42250
=265330 km

therefore,
average speed= total distance/ total time
=265330/ 24

Distance will equal to perimeter of the orbit

= 2πr

= 2π * 42250

Speed of artificial satelite  

= 2π * 42250/24

= 11059 km/h
