Radius= 42250km

Revolution=Circumference of orbit= 2πr

= 2*22/7*42250

= 265571.42 km

Time= 24 hours

Speed= Distance/Time

speed = \frac{265571.42}{24}

 =  11065\frac{km}{hr}

Given

radius of the orbit =42250km

time taken by satellite to complete 1 revolutions =24hrs

Now ,total distance will covered by the satellite=circumference of the orbit

=2pieR

=2×22/7×42250 km

=44/7 ×42250 km

Here total time taken to cover this distance = 24 hrs

So , speed of the satellite = (44/7×42250)/ 24 km/ hr

=11/7×42250×1/6km/hr

=464750/42 km/hr

=11065.47km/ hr
