The correct answer is option C) will move along the space ship.

You can understand this from the concept involved in- When a pen is dropped downwards, then its velocity is equal to the orbital velocity, where orbital velocity means the velocity of the revolving  body in a gravitational field. Here pen is less massive as compared to the space ship, therefore its velocity is relative to the space ship.
