as the athletes is coming back to its starting position , the displacement will be 0

distance will be equal to the circumference
49/2=24.5 (radius )
circumference = 2πr
2×3.14 × 24.5
=153.86

Since,the athelete comes back to his original position,the displacement will be 0.
Distance=2πr=2×22/7×49/2=154m
