Perimeter of the garden = 2( L+B)
= 2(15+35)
= 2x50
= 100M
Distance of the race to be run = 500M
Perimeter of the garden = 100 M
No.of times she has to run around the garden
= 500/ 100
= 5 rounds

Hope it helps u

!!!

given :-

length of the rectangular garden = 35m

breadth of the rectangular garden = 15m

here we have to find, how many times the athlete have to run

around the ground if total she has to run 500m.

so first of all we have to find it's perimeter

perimeter of the rectangular garden = 2(l + b)

= 2 ( 35 + 15 )

= 2 * 50

= 100m

hence, no of times she have to run around the ground = 500/100

= 5 rounds

!!!
