an athlete running with uniform speed along circular track of radius 42 m complete one round in 40 sec. calculate the average speed and average velocity in time interval of (1) 0-10 sec (2) 0-20 sec (3) 0-40 sec

distance(d/s)=42m(radius)
=>2×r=2×42
=84m(diameter)
time(t)=40sec.

•average speed =total distance travelled / total time taken
= 84m/40sec.
=2.1m/s²

•[average velocity=initial velocity+final Velocity/2]FORMULA

(1). initial velocity=0
final Velocity=10
=>0+10/2
=>5m/s

(2). initial velocity=0
final Velocity=20
=>0+20/2
=>10m/s

(3). initial velocity=0
final Velocity=40
=>0+40/2
=>20m/s
