perimeter=2×22÷7×140
=880km
total path=10×perimeter
=10×880

 radius=280/2
            =140
circumference of park= 2πr
                                      2 x 22/7 x 140
                                    =880
 as athlete ran 10 times therefor
                                                   =880 x 10
                                                   =8800 km
