It's simple!
There is a psychological effect called THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT
It happens a person throws garbage at a place then others will follow the same thing and one day will when the first one who threw the garbage there will say this place has became dirty.
So all you have to do is never throw garbage here and there cause that lovely dustbin is just waiting to give your garbage a lovely kiss ;)

Hello friend!
For keeping India clean you can do many things but the first thing you should do is, only you should start keeping your surroundings clean then only people will listen to you and you will able to keep our India clean. Anyway there are many methods too I can tell them but I won't because it's depend on in which type of environment you are but whichever it may be, everything will be started by you only. So, in my preference this is the only first step to go forward.
