Answer:

An atom has three parts: Protons, Electrons and neutrons. Protons are +ve charged. Electrons are -ve charged. Neutrons have no charge. There are same numbers of protons and electrons in an atom.So it's neutral.

Hope it helps you

Answer:

In any atom there are always the same number of protons as well as the electrons.

The electrons always circle the nucleus, which contain the same number of protons (also contains neutron as well but neutrons do not have any charge)

The structure becomes very strong and it doesn't contain any kind of charge JUST because of that there are the same number +ve and -ve charges, and they neutralise each other.
