8L and 5M electrons. Find out

          adding them we get 2+8+5=15

 so it means

no. of protons= 15

valency will be  either 3 or 5

( as it has a electronic configuration of 2,8,5   outermost shell have 5 electrons so it will gain 3 electrons according to octet rule but due to its structure it can also lose 5 electrons , that depends)
