Given: Time taken: 2hrs
Distance covered: 24km
Therefore, speed= 24/2= 12km/hr

If the speed is increased by 4km/hr, the new speed will be 12+4=16km/hr.

Then, Distance covered: 24km
Speed: 16km/hr
Time= Distance/ Speed
= 24/16= 1.5 hr or 1hr 30 minutes

SurendraSidana: This is the correct answer.
