If rider pays for a whole kilometre, then, Answer is (B)0.80

If rider pays for only 2.75 km,

then , Answer is (A)0.75 [by adding ₹1 (for 1st km) + ₹0.60(for other km) + ₹0.45( for travelling other 3/4 km) = 2.05 and this is then divided be 2.75km to obtain the average cost incurred].
