an autobiography of a caged parrot

Life in freedom is just a myth to me. I'm a parrot that was caged when just a baby, by a girl who feeds me but, she doesn't let me out of my cage. I'm just like a prisoner, but I haven't committed a crime, so I am stuck. One day, the girl hadn't fed me, because she forgot I was there. So I'm like the unnoticed and caged resident in the house. Life is very tough as us parrots need regular meals, and it is very tough to satisfy my ordinary needs when I can't even get three square meals a day. But, one fateful day, an association dedicated to animal's welfare came to the house and told the family about a parrot's ordinary needs. Now I live like any other parrot(in the wild),but every now and then I return to my old home.
