An axon that is myelinated but that has no Nodes of Ranvier (in other words, the entire axon is fully covered with a myelin sheath) will conduct action potentials faster than one that is completely unmyelinated.

Answer:

This statement is true.

Nodes of ranvier help a lot in speeding up for impulse, however a mylinated axon without nodes of ranvier will still connduct impulses faster than unmylinated axons.
