It is induced current.

The direction of induced current can be found by Fleming's Right Hand Rule

An electric current, produced due to an electric field varying with time is called displacement current.

Displacement current was first introduced by Maxwell when he added displacement current in the electric current term in Ampere’s Circuital Law. He said that not only flow of electrons contribute to the current but the current produced due to time-varying electric field also adds to the total current in the circuit and hence modified the Ampere’s Circuital Law.
